How do I reset my password?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in screen, or email us at support@levain.io and we’ll help you get back in.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from Settings in the app, or email us at support@levain.io. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Are the free calculators really free?
Yes. The Gravity & ABV, SRM Color, Refractometer, Mash pH, Nutrient/SNA, and BeerXML calculators are all free and work without an account. No sign-up required.
Something’s not working right.
Sorry about that. Email us at support@levain.io with a description of what happened and what device/browser you’re using, and we’ll sort it out.
Data export or deletion?
You can export your data from the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@levain.io.
